Policy Analysis

TriStar works on a contingency-only basis. Our fee applies only to settlement proceeds we actually recover for you, and varies based on the type and complexity of the claim. There are no retainers, no hourly charges, and no upfront costs. If we don't recover a settlement, you owe us nothing.
