Independent Client Advisor
TriStar Claim Partners is seeking experienced, relationship-driven professionals to join our Southeast team as independent client advisors. You'll work directly with property owners during difficult moments and help them understand their options.
As a TriStar advisor, you'll identify and build trust with commercial and high-value residential property owners who need expert representation for their insurance claims. You'll be backed by TriStar's 37+ years of reputation, regulatory expertise, and proven claims process — so the conversation stays focused on helping the client, not selling.
How Compensation Works
This is an independent contractor role with performance-based compensation, paid only on fees we actually collect from claims you originate. There is no base salary and no quota pressure. Because TriStar focuses on substantial commercial and high-value residential losses, advisors who build a strong referral network earn well above industry averages — without ever needing a hard sell.
